By accessing or using any part of the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, you must not use this Website or any services associated with it.
2. Effective Date
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 20th of March 2022. Octavia reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
3. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Website for updates. Continued use of the Website following the posting of changes signifies your acceptance of those changes.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Website Access: You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to access the Website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and Conditions and comply with them.
- Account Security: If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Octavia reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or alter any part of the Website or its services without notice. We will not be liable if any part of the Website is unavailable at any time for any reason.
6. Content and Services
All content, features, and services provided on the Website are subject to change or discontinuation at Octavia's discretion. The availability of any services is subject to Octavia's decision.
7. Legal Compliance
By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are not using it in a manner that violates any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
Terms Of Service
1. Global Service Terms
- Acceptable Use Policy (AUP): Octavia's infrastructure must not be utilized for any illegal, malicious, or highly objectionable activities. This includes, but is not limited to, hosting malware, coordinating DDoS attacks, or distributing copyrighted material without authorization. Violations will result in immediate service termination without refund.
- Service Level & Uptime: We strive to provide the highest possible uptime across all services. However, occasional scheduled maintenance or unforeseen hardware/network failures may occur. No financial compensation or SLA credits will be issued for such downtime unless explicitly covered by a custom enterprise agreement.
- Refund Policy: Because server resources are immediately allocated and reserved upon payment, all transactions on the Octavia platform are strictly final and non-refundable post-activation. Exceptions are only made if there is a prior written agreement or if a provisioning failure occurs on our end.
- Client Data Responsibility: Clients maintain ultimate responsibility for the security, integrity, and backup of their data across all services. Octavia assumes no liability for data loss resulting from user error, compromised credentials, or systemic failure.
2. Game Hosting
- Resource Utilization: Clients must manage CPU, RAM, Storage, and Bandwidth within the parameters defined by their respective service plans. Resource abuse or excessive utilization may result in temporary throttling or permanent suspension of services without prior notice.
- Service Suspension & Deletion: Services will be suspended immediately upon subscription expiration. Due to strict node capacity limits, we provide a 3-day grace period post-expiration before server data is permanently purged to free up resources.
- Provisioning Guarantee: Our automated system strictly blocks purchases when node capacity is depleted. However, in the rare event a transaction succeeds during a stock-out race condition, the client will be immediately given the choice of a full expedited refund or priority provisioning upon replenishment.
- Software & Game Restrictions: Installation or execution of software that places excessive load on shared infrastructure, or any application that violates the Terms of Service of the respective game publisher, is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance will trigger immediate administrative intervention.
- Supported Games: Service is provided for all games listed on our platform. Octavia reserves the right to add or remove supported game titles at any time without prior notice.
3. Website Hosting
- Operational Scope: Our website hosting infrastructure is engineered for legitimate personal and commercial web operations. Clients must adhere strictly to the resource quotas (CPU, RAM, Storage, and Bandwidth) allocated to their specific tier.
- Infrastructure Management: Disproportionate resource consumption that negatively impacts the shared environment or overall service integrity is strictly prohibited. Clients must actively monitor and regulate their resource footprint.
4. Database Hosting
- Operational Compliance: Database transactions and queries must remain within the predefined resource limitations of the active plan. Inefficient queries resulting in system-wide degradation will be subject to immediate administrative intervention, including potential suspension.
5. Bot Hosting
- Service Objective: Bot hosting environments are provisioned exclusively for the operation of Discord bots and standard automated scripts. Clients must ensure their applications strictly comply with the Terms of Service of their respective target platforms.
- Resource Governance: Clients are allocated hard limits for CPU, Memory, and Disk space. Sustained usage peaking beyond these allocations will result in process termination to preserve node stability.
- Service Suspension & Deletion: Similar to Game Hosting, bot services operate on strictly limited node capacities. Expired services are suspended immediately and permanently purged after a 3-day grace period.
- Provisioning Guarantee: Purchases are automatically blocked when nodes are at full capacity. If a transaction inadvertently succeeds during a stock-out race condition, the client may opt for an immediate full refund or priority provisioning upon replenishment.
